As cute as the character looks and with the mild dynamic pose, there is a consistent pixelized lining that surrounds the image and takes away from its stand-alone and transparent appeal.
There are no problems with the glowing animation of the gems on the character, however I think some additional shines from the gems themselves reflected on the character's weapon, clothes and skin could have benefited the piece.
As a person who tries their best to pay special attention to the ripples and folds of clothes, I can certainly appreciate the weighted look of the character's cloak. This is very particular where the cloak is elevated and hangs in the air as an apparent bump in the fabric, which is a commonality in the falling of heavy fabrics.
Anatomically I recognize three immediate hiccups. The first is the length of the character's lower legs (below the knee) which is far too long when placed against her upper leg/thigh. Discounting the foot, I found the lower leg to be twice as long as the upper leg/thigh. The second is the way in which the character holds their scythe. I can see no distinct way in which the character should be holding the scythe save for their left hand [picture right] and that is, unfortunately, poorly placed. The thumb and forefinger rest alongside the edge of the weapon's shaft and in some instances that would not be a problem but here the hand is not turned enough that the shaft might be able to be held by the remaining three fingers. At the angle the hand is holding the shaft, it would slip out of the character's grasp almost immediately. Thirdly, there is a patch of what appears to be skin just under the opening of the cloak and I honestly cannot tell what this segment is meant to be. At first I thought it was a part of the character's other arm but it recedes too far into the torso for that to make sense. Perhaps with a little more context as to what this is meant to be? Presently, however, I would advise to make note of and clearly define parts such as this in the future.
That's all I can offer up at the moment.
Hope it was helpful.
